If there’s one thing I love: it’s cutting sounds If there’s one thing I hate: sounds of a pair of scissors just opening and closing without actually cutting anything So anytime an ASMR artist actually cuts something, whether on or off camera: I really appreciate that attention to detail. Ting Ting is a great example of someone who pays attention to such details.

I’m the same. There’s only one type of scissors that I like hearing “empty cutting” (i think it’s the stereotypical hairdressers ones, but I can never remember until I hear them), but most channels use those crap ones they’ve had in the kitchen drawer for the past three years. KZbin has been putting ads in the middle of a lot of asmrtist videos. I have seen several talk about it. It was done without permission. KZbin had to fix it. Easiest thing to do is when you click on a video and you see those little yellow bars in the timeline of the video. Scroll all the way to the end and then hit replay. All ads are gone.

I listen to several different ASMRists, and for the time being my top two are Gibi and Tingting (since they are the first ones I found). And Gibi is someone I'll listen to more during the day because she is still quite a bit louder than Tingting, but Tingting is perfect at listening to at night when I'm trying to unwind from the day. Her voice is so soft and gentle like a lullaby. Gibi on the otherhand, is like a happy giggling girl that's great at conversations. Gibi keeps me company when I'm feeling lonely during the day, and Tingting is the one who comforts me, makes me feel more worth than I feel like I am, and something about her soothing voice pierces my soul.

Hello there I can't speak for everyone here. But sure enough your thumbnails look slutty to me. Too much pink and too much lips. I don't know if it's a good thing or not. If you're unsure about looking sexy for your youtube channel, let's just say it's supposed to be family friendly. Also there's a fair bunch of (female) tinglers out there that manage to look beautiful and elegant. I don't mind that much, especially since I put the phone away and don't look at it. But last time I went to catch some Zzz and ended up with an unused boner. Hmm. Maybe that's just me and I should just avoid mouth sounds videos overall. Other than that, you seem to have understood how it works. Your mic looks like a beginner level mic. Which wouldn't be surprising. From what I can hear now, I like it as it is. Overall, I like it. My 2 cents: consider upgrading mic when you're ready, and (unless the glamour succubus thing is a theme) consider family friendly thumbnails. Take care and keep up the good vibes!
