Arabic numerals are actually the common numbers we use (0123456789) and the ones you see there are actually persian numerals (Iranian), i don't know why saudi arabia uses those numerals though

Haha no it wasn’t your dozing off, I never mentioned it in the video. Some my wife got for me when she was taking a language course with international students. Others I got while working in the service industry; I work I’m a popular tourist city. A few my friends got me. I’ve collected these over like a decade.
