First off…Thank goodness the cat is ok! 😉 This is easily one of my favorite CNE ‘s! Every detail is just perfectly calming, from lighting, triggers and tone. You are eased into the MOST relaxed state as you go! By the time you get to the dim lighting I am fighting the urge to close my eyes. And once the plasma ball starts, between the sound of the electricity and your soft voice, the fight is over! 😴 Loved this! Also the measuring and writing and looking at the changing light portions were so so very tingly! Beautifully done Dee! Spirit agrees 🐾

Dee my nephew who is 14 going into his first year of high school is going through some tough stuff right now depression hormones a whole bunch of emotions. I think he doesn't like his mother's boyfriend. His biological father left him when he was an infant me and my dad were his only father figures. He has a therapy appointment I don't know exactly the right thing to say to him except if you need to talk I'm always there for you. I guess what I'm asking Dee and your wonderful compassionate community is for some prayers for my nephew it would be much appreciated 🙏
