I’m from Akwa ibom too, I use spinach for my Afang because those of us that stay outside the country, it’s hard to find good and fresh water leaves over here. I think she’s isn’t based in Nigeria. I miss home so much because omo no matter how you cook it, it can never be as good as the one back home.
