I feel like a lot of other people have already said this in the comments, but this is genuinely one of the most relaxing ASMR videos I've ever seen. I don't make a habit of rewatching ASMR videos, but whenever I'm REALLY stressed, this is my go-to video to just relax and let go of whatever is stressing me out. I think it is in part due to the very concept of the video. If you're already dead and just being decomposed, nothing else could possibly matter at that point. Really helps make stressors seem less serious.

The glass mug and wooden spoon are different materials vs human insides. We have very soft tissue on the inside which would be very easy to dissolve with certain enzymes. Glass and wood are a lot stronger than say a human stomach.

I know this video is supposed to be used to fall asleep, but I use this video as exposure therapy. I have a really bad fear of death, dying, and the uncertainty of the afterlife and whether or not it exists. These fears plague my everyday life and make it hard for me to live and enjoy being alive. I’m so afraid of dying that I’m not living. But with this video, I’m able to not only sleep, but comfort myself and regulate my thoughts. Thank you, Jocie!
