A lot of the lines and slight swelling / puffiness in our faces are caused by tension over time -- so both! :)

Is there a particular reason you know why your face has to be clean? I was thinking i might purchase a tool to use while oil cleansing, but then obviously my face would only clean afterwards 🤷

You want to wash your face beforehand so you're not pressing any dirt into your pores, is my understanding :)
