oh my god i am so sorry to hear this!!! srsly the best thing you can do is the tests to find out what's going on cause once you have a diagnosis its an uphill battle to learning management and getting some of your quality of life back!!!

Hi, i was in the exact same position a few weeks ago. They found blood in my stooltests so i had to do a colonoscopy.. i just got my results and its not Crohn s :) but still dont know what it is either.. keep us updated and good luck!! ❤
