What is ASMR?
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response - a fancy way of describing the calming, peaceful feeling you may experience in response to listening to soothing sounds and/or seeing relaxing visuals. ASMR is loved, enjoyed, and used by many for a variety of different reasons such as; background noise - similar to white noise, as a concentration aid for working or studying, as a way to simply relax and unwind during the day - or to help fall asleep!
I started this channel as a way to give back to a community that I love so dearly and one that has touched my heart so deeply over the last decade. I hope through my videos you can find a moment of peace and feel the same sense of comfort, belonging, and connection that this amazing community has allowed me to feel throughout the years!

I absolutely loved this video, it brought back a lot of memories from my own childhood. We've lived in a detached house, my family still does, with a huge backyard. I was obsessed with little critters and sitting on tree branches in the woods. Having a backyard as a child (and as an adult, I wish I had one now) is the absolute best! There was a neighbour lady who still lives there and she was a real piece of cake. I remember she was standing in front of our house for hours when we had renovations trying to spy on us (not so subtly). We weren't too fond of her and our favourite game was taking walnuts from our walnut tree, standing on our well and try to throw it over our roof to her yard 😅
