Have you noticed this or any symptoms like vertigo/dizziness, a sense of visual unsteadiness or blurring? Ooh gosh I have no idea right now, I think my best is probably 130-140kg for about 2-3 reps? I definitely couldn’t do that every day of the week though, my shoulder is pretty messed up from heavy lifting too so I try not to lift my absolute max these days 😂 I’m not 24 anymore sadly haha

Oh well hey, welcome to the channel - I think we just have different post processing on the green screen, sometimes you’ve gotta add grades/filters to the final project to help the foreground and background gel together and it can give it a different look. I think she did a really good job on her bit tbh! 💙

The receptionist was SO soothing! Just 2 tips for her. One, it's "May I ask" not "Can I ask." I don't know, can you? You're asking for permission, hence "May." The other tip is never say "no problem" in the service industry. Saying so subliminally gives the person the inpression they've created a problem. Instead say "my pleasure." Example involving both: wrong = can I take your order? Dressing on the side? No problem. Correct = May I take your order? Dressing on the side? My pleasure.
