Thank you for making this video Dee. Words are tough to come by to explain how much this video as well as others of yours have helped me. I have had depression and anxiety since I was about 16 roughly; in order to combat that I joined the fire department and spent 13 wonderful years doing that but that has also now left my mind scared I was diagnosed with mild PTSD in December of 2020. My mind is chaos pretty much at all times. I found ASMR in general about 5 years ago roughly the calming whispers and background sounds are incredibly relaxing. I can not thank you or any of the other creators I watch enough for providing me with another tool to calm my mind with. As far as my anxiety, depression and PTSD they are well managed by meditation, music and ASMR as I prefer not to take medication if I can avoid it. So as I said before thank you for making this outstanding content and truly helping those of us who struggle daily.

Is it just great lighting or is the resolution of this video even better than usual? 🤔 My brain is all about the light triggers ✨✨ ever since you activated this trigger for me back in the 'ASMR Doctor Checks Your Body' (Sept) video. When I got to the section starting at 24:54 (and repeated at 1:00:40) this video hit me in an entirely different way. The see, hear, feel method you described is so similar to a method I have used most of my life, although for a somewhat different reason. It was comforting 😊 hearing you describe this in your very soothing way, rather than the very clinical way it was explained to me when I was 12. 21:08 and 56:54 "Loved? I'm glad you feel loved. You are loved." - This takes me back to when I first found your channel and saw the scripture and the words 'You are loved' at the end. Seeing both of these things had a strong impact on me.

Is anyone else having an ad play AFTER the video? I fell fast asleep during this amazing video, then was startled awake abruptly by an extremely loud ad! I thought it was just a fluke, so I listened to the video again to get back to sleep, AND IT HAPPENED AGAIN! 😱 The experience left me feeling more anxious than when I started, and I was unable to fall back asleep afterwards!
