Batman needs to recruit this woman. Alfred's medical skills are probably superior, but she's great at the detective work. Not only figuring out Batman's secret identity, but also realizing he was hiding a wound. And she already knows Alfred! She wouldn't have to be on the front lines -- she could work from the Batcave, or probably most anywhere. Another Oracle. Omen, perhaps?
