I literally can NOT watch any other ASMR artist. There's not one other artist that makes me feel like Maria does. I'm sure others have probably suggested it but as someone who has pretty bad panic attacks often I thought i'd ask if you've thought about doing a video for people currently in the midst of a panic? Like a breathe with me + positive affirmations kind of video? It seems every time I have a panic attack I feel like I'm the biggest disappointment and burden on others, and a lot of the time I feel very alone with my panics which can be extremely scary. may i recommend dr claire weekes books and audios. not asmr, but they helped me tonnes with my anxiety and panic attacks which were severe!! now i rarely have them! as her books are old they aren't in bookstores now, but ebay and amazon have them, as do many libraries! you can google dr claire weekeds free audios and find her audios available free to download from mental health sites. i hope this helps you.

True story: my dog was laying in my lap getting jealous of this video. Every time I would turn my attention to the video my dog (a Jack Russell/Beagle mix) would start making little barking noises and pawing me. So I took my ear buds out and placed my Kindle near my dog's ear. Within 30 seconds her eyes started fluttering and within two minutes she was snoring. Maria's magic works on all creatures great and small.
