Maria has INCREDIBLE breath control. Knowing how to position and calibrate microphones and how to moderate volumes in editing are excellent skills and she most certainly puts a lot of work into these things, but it is not easy at all to keep your voice so gentle for such a long period of time. Cycling your breath in a way that keeps both you and your viewers calm is a practiced skill, and she is an absolute PRO at this.

I went to a sleep doctor today and he found out about a lot of my sleep related issues and now I have a sleep study scheduled to see if I have sleep apnea! I’m excited because my needs are finally getting addressed and if I need a CPAP machine I should respond well to it and finally get better sleep, and my mental health and overall health should improve too.

I respect, and admire you Maria. I remember you saying that your masha vids are kinda just you, but your gentle whispering ones are the refined, perfect version of you. I am not really jealous, but envious of the way you are able to transition into your "perfect" mode, and keep the said composure. But as I know , you are professional, and write and practice certain things. I am not into any asmr channels other than this one. I do heck a few others out here and there, but you have a lot of appealing factors. Firstly, you are sincere. You speak with grace and confidence and can keep focus looking at the camera. Second, like I said before, you do your homework.. of you're doing a feature, you seem to do extensive research on the subject you are making a video for. I can go on and on. I wish I could have the power and control that have in your profession. So, thank you very much. You help me to rest, and this is what is needed for the majority of our crazy crazy world we live in. Been listening to Maria for years!! She always puts me sound asleep within the first 15 minutes. That said, I read comments under her videos and people make remarks about parts of the video, and I sit here like damn...I didn't make it to see that or hear that. One day I may be able to actually stay awake for a whole video!!!😊
