I love how you’ll describe different details of whatever is in your videos, like with the Skechers. It reminds me of the grounding technique where you simply name the things you are sensing (seeing, hearing, etc) which has always been helpful to me.

I love that you wear so much colour, most people stick with black, grey and beige and il admit at one point I did too. As an Indigenous Australian I wear very bright and loud Aboriginal art patterned clothing. I don't even mind if items sort of clash, the Aboriginal theme ties it all together; as do added accessories. Thankyou for this video, I loved it ❤

I wore the solid white leather Sketchers D’lites for nursing clinical for 2 years with compression socks and it did my feet good! They most definitely hold heat, though. I quit wearing them after school, the memory foam pretty much flattened out on me. But I got my money’s worth, that’s for sure!

Hey Mary! Regarding your earring situation, I am the exact same way. I got my ears peirced at 9 but it never quite worked out well. My ears would always be itchy and randomly start bleeding if i wore earrings for to long (even if it were sterling silver or gold). I was about to give up on wearing earrings completely (11 years later, I'm 20 now!) Until my boyfriends nurse mom bought me these absolutely amazing earrings off ebay- they're earrings but get this- they have plastic backs?? Instead of a gold or silver stud going through, its just pure plastic. For some reason those earrings literally NEVER bother my ears. Apparently it turns out that plastic backs wont bother those with certain ear- dilemmas; but don't ask how the science behind those work, because i have no clue lol! **Edited: forgot to add that i love your videos so much!! This one was so fun to watch 💛💛💛
