Something that helps me sleep and get asmr is taking a good smelling candle, perfume, whatever, and letting it by or spraying on my pillow. It smells nice and soothing(if a candle please don't light and just leave it near you.) it smells great and makes me tired and it just comforts you. I hope this helps a few people!
