Harley Quinn Tips to fall asleep is to do the 4 7 8 breathing method. Breathe in for 4 seconds, hold it for 7, then breathe out for 8, do this 3 times. Another is to stretch. Another is to take a warmmm shower, put on some socks before going to bed, Change your room temperature to a cooler temperature, try listening to calming sounds, turn off devices for at least 30 mins before sleep, aromatherapy with lavender, essential oils, let your mind be free ( don't think about stuff too much), meditate, yoga, blink your eyes as fast as you can for 30 seconds (do this as many times as you would like), try blowing bubbles (random but probably works), hum to yourself, imagine your favorite place, keep your hands warm, brush your hair, or just close your eyes and think of things that make you happy. Hope these help you♥️
