After researching for a while I found his name, it's Yamper ! Yamper is a quadrupedal, canine Pokémon. It has a brown body with yellow fluff around its neck, resembling a collar, and yellow highlights around its eyes.

Lol by the way the packets you was eating is a condiment and is usually mixed with rice. I’m half Japanese so I used to use them. It’s called Furikake

Ah yes those packets are most likely Furikake which is a rice seasoning. They come in all sorts of varieties with seaweed, fish flakes, sesame seeds, and egg to name a few off the top of my head. Adds some flavor to an otherwise plain bowl of rice.

As far as i know the main difference between japanese cards and eu/us cards Is the back but asides from that they should look the same
