Hi nice content, I'm an Italian barman if i can give you a piece of advice for mojito, because i do your same job, and i really like It, not for blaming. I think that crush the lime it's not the right way for his bad flavour while you crush that. (Better premade lime juice) and crushed ice it's not a good idea for high diluition, like watered down for understand us!! Sorry for my bad English, let me know what do u think about!!

Also a bartender, premade lime juice dosen't taste as nice as fresh lime, also you get the oils from the skin. Now if you muddle the like too much of course it'll be bitter, also the same for mint. I loved the way he made it other than the crushed ice. Nice technique mate

@@voxan4042 i'm not agree at all, i like the way he works, and the pouring off and i see the professionality. but mojito it's a bulid drink, it's not a caipirinha! . and the crushed ice it's a wrong move, too much diluition .

@@needfordrinks sorry for late, if you go to muddle the lime, acidic oils are released(the white skin it's not so good for this i say better juice ) and more important it's not a caipirinha! not for blaming just for talking ! :D

As dorii sa te intreb pentru reteta. Daca este posibil. Okay cum sa faci un mojito ( fupa standard) dar nu Imi dau seama la unele lucruri. Si stai linistit este okay cu ai stampat lime ul si EU sunt pro cu idea asta deaorece are uleiuri. Am apteciat ca nu ai batut menta. Bravo
