It’s crazy how she had the speed of a nail salonist but not the anxiety/stress. That’s part to the reason I don’t like nail salons because they’re going so fast I feel like they want me to leave before I’ve even sat in the chair. She went just as fast (wanting to make sure next customer doesn’t have to wait on her) but it was in a “I’m being efficient” type of speed not “get out” speed ❤
@autumnwishes83648 ай бұрын
That's interesting because I felt that she was very patient and not fast at all! She really took the time to focus on each nail at least based upon my experiences

Her advice to do nail care when you’re sad is so real TT I was nervous about my wisdom teeth removal and I spent my morning caring for my nails
@tinak.30229 ай бұрын
I’ve always had strong nails that grow like weeds. A friend talked me into getting fake nails and I went because I wanted to have nails like hers. Big mistake! It took nearly a year before my nails recovered. Now I go to the nail salon a handful of times per year normally for a pedicure and manicure on my natural nails. It definitely feels great to be pampered and a hand and foot massage feels amazing.

Be careful with even that. Many salons spread nail fungus and skin infections.
@tinak.30226 ай бұрын
@@gooseii Yes, I know. I make sure it's a reputable establishment, but most importantly I make sure they have an autoclave. An autoclave is a medical-grade oven used to sterilize instruments, like the clippers and other metal instruments used to push/cut the cuticles. Also, anything that cannot withstand the temperature of the autoclave, like files and other things have to be brand new. You can never be too careful.

She doesn’t usually show uncovered foot treatment on camera, she’s pretty modest in that way. You’’ll notice her feet tend to be covered by towels when an esthetician does touch them. Can’t say I blame her with foot fetish people out there! I’m sure she’ll enjoy it off camera 😊

Your hands are lovely! They're so elegantly shaped with perfect nails even when they're short! I had gel and dip powder nails for about a year and though I loved seeing my nails done (it made me feel ultra feminine), it absolutely destroyed my nail beds. I'm still trying to grow them back out but they split and peel terribly and are paper thin. I've been clipping them as short as possible to try to prevent them from bending backwards (ouch!). I will use more filing instead of clipping due to her recommendations. Also, what was she using to buff the surface, please? This nail service is such a great alternative to the more popular flashy nails! They're still beautiful and feminine nails without the damage. I'm glad you found this knowledgeable and kind lady! I love how chill she is. I think we've all been to a nail tech who gets frustrated with simple requests. I hope to see more nail techs who are interested and skilled in natural nail care. If is feasible, I would love a list of tools and products used. Thank you for sharing!
@angelabullington61169 ай бұрын
Also, I don't know if other countries rush the service like frequently happens in the US, but it's refreshing to see a skilled tech take her time and take pride in her work. (And not try to talking you into extra services and charges.)

Great channel. I was so close to visiting Japan at one point myself. I had experience with modeling and in late 2015 I was in contact with Capcom about the facial likeness role of Leon for the Resident Evil 2 Remake. I failed to mention I also have a voice acting background, in the end I lost the part and I can't forgive myself for wasting such an opportunity. That would've been a real dream come true to visit Asia. All the best!

When the nail bed is weak, brakes off easily looking unhealthy. It’s due to lack of vitamins. Taking daily vitamins that has all the necessary nutrients helps a lot, giving the vitamin the body actually needs to help grow healthy nails. I take daily vitamins and my nails are strong AF and they go through a lot. 😜 I recommend one a day daily vitamins.🙂 This is not sponsored. lol 😆
