Well...the therapists are making a selling point for their service. If they tell you there's something wrong at the start and then tell you it's gone afterwards, you're more likely to believe in the effectiveness of their service and come back, right? Tell them next time the stiffness is back and tell them again, its gone afterwards, and you'r halfway yhere creating a habit for your client of seeking your service regularly.

If they are saying "Oh there is stiffness" at the beginning of the session and and "its gone now" at the end, but you don't feel any different, I highly doubt you will believe in the effectiveness just cause they said so? You can have all the massage and physiotherapy in the world but if you keep doing the thing that makes you sore then of course just one session isn't going to to resolve the issue. They are massage therapists not miracle workers.

It's a Japanese greeting. The direct translation to English sounds weird. Think of it instead as a gesture of caring between two parties :-)

Hello)) This phrase is used in everywhere and every time you see people that you work with, spend some time together or you want to ask them like please can you do this for me or when you meet someone new or before starting doing smth together. This phrase is basically used every day several times in different places. "Please take care of me" is the closest translation in this situation.
