Mayaaaa, I respect you very much for talking so openly about these vulnerable topics. They do make me feel less alone yeah. I had a panic attack last week too, in the middle of the night. Some sick thought cocktail of a friend break up and dark stuff and stuff that I couldn't control anymore. An older comfort viddie of yours put me back to sleep after the worst was passed, I'm still grateful for that. And just in general, I'm grateful for you and just videos. Wishing you all the well health💝

I think it's actually awesome you're able to cry really healthily. I think of it 100% like a literal form of emotional venting. Nothing to do with strong or weak. I genuinely envy that. Oh and a panic attack?? 😩😩😩 Yeah exactly panic attacks literally feel like dying, end of the world, apocalypse

I feel like when many do these videos they don’t pan each microphone to left and right, thus when they move to the other mic you still hear it in both headphones or speakers. So while your recording you need to make sure each mic has its own channel and make sure you only hear only one mic out of left speaker and one mic out of right speaker. That way when you go to other mic you hear it in the other ear and back and forth

Immune systems are weird, I’m not a very healthy person and I’ve had numerous chronic issues in the past and my immune system is really strong, when I get sick it’s almost always a light cough for a day or two and it’s gone. Covid was 3 or so days of symptoms tho

I got an intestine disease which cannot be cure, it's a genetic probleme, you have to learn to live with it . And I know how painful that can be. And ofently intestine pain create some anxity / panic attack because Intestine and emotion are links. Intestine also play a major role in immunity systeme. (microbiote) When you got anxity, your microbiote is dying so you got intestine problems which create a lot of symptomes which renforcing anxity. I hope you will be fine because I will be honest I am addict to your voice, your beautiful face, to your videos. ❤❤❤❤
