As a cap on your anxiety affecting your body points, we've just realized this with my wife. And even without pharmaceutical intervention (as is the case with her), you absolutely can through intentional nutrition, what you're feeding your mind visually and allowing your mental and physical self to be involved with (family, work, hobbies, etc), change the direct and collateral effects on your body. Just want to validate that the mind-body correction is 100% a real thing and although I knew it had some impact, I never saw it so clearly as I have in the last year and a half or so with her. Absolutely incredible but changeable too.
