hi sleepyhead. this 2 hour focus video includes: glasses tapping, light triggers, snapping, follow the light/finger, shape tracing, breathing exercises, and nail tapping. for this video, i recreated my most popular video from my channel this year! i didn't even notice until i started editing, but my ASMR style has gotten a LOT slower over the last 8 months and it definitely shows here, haha. i promise to be faster on the next focus video. after my recreation, i added in the video i recreated, as well as all of the other focus videos i created this year (excluding the halloween one, that one wasn't as popular and i didn't want to include any holiday themes). this way, you can binge the focus videos without any ads if you would like! i hope this video relaxes your mind & gives you some tingles, you deserve it! thanks for watching! xo
