ASMR, the acronym doesn't matter so let's just relax. Whatever your reason for being here, whether by accident or on purpose, welcome.
If you're wearing headphones, earbuds, or just playing from the speakers on your phone, don't be afraid to experiment with the listening experience. Typically you can find me in three situations when accessing ASMR. To stay focused while blocking out the noise, I'll wear over-ear headphones at a low volume. The carefully constructed ambiance is a welcomed blessing in this busy world and single-handedly helps me get work done. Now listen... come close... if it's the spine tickling, brain buzzing, full-body tingle effect we're after, I'm reaching for the earbuds every time. They're small and fit inside the ear, making it easy to cozy up in bed, blissfully mixing into the sounds now bouncing around my head. Lately, I've come to realize that playing the sounds straight from the phone's built-in speaker works best for sleep. It's a realistic and cozy effect laying in bed with nothing in my ears and just the sound coming from the speakers. From super high-quality assortments or low-fi sounds that bring you into the space, we're glad to have you here and hope you enjoy.

As to your question: it depends where you live in the states. Up in the new England area it is probably more common for things to also be in French. While in the South it is more common for things to be in Spanish. Most products in the USA though are in English and Spanish, but it varies. It isn't a law or requirement though.

I think Louisiana in the south has a lot of French, wasn’t aware of French up north. Spanish is mostly Midwest in the south (basically around Texas and New Mexico). West coast is a mix of everything. DC area is like a compressed cali

In Poland products often have ingredients and nutrients in multiple languages because companies ship to the Europe as a whole so its easier to just throw in a bunch of languages and sell it universally rather than make custom packagings for every country

Hi PJ! Canadian items are required to be English/French because both are official languages of the country. The US only has English as an official language, so packaging is most often just English. Spanish is common to see on certain products and certain places, but it's not country-wide.

As a sidenote: Raisins shouldn‘t go bad as they‘re dried & if that breakfast is more of a granola than a lose muesli then it needs a bit of baking with (usually) a sweetner and a bit of fat but there are tons of recipes online that could help you out.

Most products in the USA only have English. A few things may have Spanish as well, but those are rare, at least in the Midwest

For the bilingualism products, it's just sales tactics in America. In the South West you will get Spanish, in the north East and north West you get French because it's close to Canada. Don't know about other languages
