I love how you release videos both with and without music! I prefer ASMR vids that have some sort of calming background music, but there aren't many of them out there... this way, everyone's happy!

Very true. It's always a good idea to provide alternative versions for different folks too. They're aren't many who do background music it's true... Also not many who provide alternative versions... though English artists like ASMRmagic might and the ASMRpsychologist definitely provides different versions. There are plenty of hers that have soft spoken and a whispering version. Though he's no longer active - MassageASMR used to do alternative versions to some of of his brushing videos. His singing bowl guided meditations are excellent! Though unfortunately, last time I listened to one, coz he's no longer active, YT had effectively sabotaged the video by enabling stupid ads every 5 minutes.

Very serene sensitive and dreamy Darya. This was very similar effect on me to yoga Nidra which I first tried a couple of years ago (IRL) and twice last year. Like a deep hypnogogic rest. Recently got ova a leg stress fracture but went back to drum kit playing too soon... started to strengthen muscle again after a week but couldn't use double kick again until after 10 days .. my body clock was still messed up, so decided to rest for a few days more. The overall stress and lost sleep caused by the energy made me slightly underweight too. Will gradually start playing drums again but stick to slow medium tempo beats. Need to put on another 1/2 stone at least before I return to more up tempo double kicks... much gratitude and ♾️ 💜

Thank god I have been waiting for a full body style one! I love when you do these! Also fucking love how pointy/sharp the wand is -- is the pointy one the selenite one? Hahah my eyes were closed so I wasn't sure but mine is blunt on both ends bc I guess its the "raw" style selenite.
