ASMR (auditory sensory meridian response) is a sensation that most people experience from different kinds of sounds! i’m unsure why it gives us tingles, per say, but it’s likely similar to why we cringe when we hear things like nails on a chalkboard. especially due to ASMR typically being soft, it elicits a comforting affect- the nails on a chalkboard being a polar opposite (loud and harsh), hence the opposite reactions.

I absolutely love your videos. I gotta tell you though, as someone who is a rune reader and historian, please get a different book on the runes! This one is absolutely garbage that was made up by the author in the 1980s and is totally devoid of the cultural context which gives the symbols their meaning. The author himself has admitted to taking more inspiration from the I Ching than from the history of the sacred symbols he stole from another belief system. And he added a rune! This book is absolutely offensive to those like me who believe in the Norse divinities and have spent our lives studying history.
