This beautiful soul came into our world . My God. Every morning noon night i watched ediy. I became employed again. Got back on my feet. Discovered so muc peace. So please stop tearing this down. I've been depressed and Suicidal for so long ,and just minutes ago , I heard my mother talking about me how I'm such a burden and disappointment. How I'm weak (because she thinks I've let go of myself because of Chronic illness while she stay in denial that I have Depression much longer that that) . When I heard her , I felt my throat dry and aching. I wanted to scream , I wanted to cry. My throat still hurts from all of this. I have no one. I opened the Homepage and saw this video. Feels like , this video was sent for me . I think I can hope for a better future. Thank you !

When guided to think of a time throat was blocked it was being verbally shamed and rejected as a young child. I did not "let myself down " by not crying, which would provoke her more. This is good work even though that part is off for me. I can remember my awareness of having to block energy in that area. Great videos always and hope this is useful in some way?

12:16 "I want you to think about a time when your throat was blocked" funnily, I can't remember a single one when it wasn't. I'm a writer, an artist and essentially a communicator, though as much at it is a "talent" of mine, I've always felt my throat chakra blocked for as long as I can remember. I wonder how my life will be when I finally have it opened, also I've always wanted to see specific content for the throat chakra for this very reason, so thank you so much ❤

I've experienced both ends of this chakra spectrum. I have a Sagittarius Mercury placement and have always struggled with making my true feelings known, even to myself. At times I have considered myself (and even had the outside world confirm that I am) a great communicator, only to realize later on that I was only good at communicating what others wanted from me, not what I really thought or felt. I struggled with speaking up too much or too little because my self expression was not authentic, and I wasn't speaking to communicate but rather to tick exactly the boxes the other person wanted me to tick. It's a dangerously powerful skill to know exactly what others want to hear, and I feel it also takes betraying every part of who you are to execute it. So thank you for posting this video and for always holding space for your viewers. I'm sure it's not easy to help so many people but you really do a great job. I've been watching for years! Thank you!

I try to think through the things i might say if theres a disagreement. Its also worth expressing how you feel about small things too. Often theres a learned fear of merely disagreeing. So practicing with small stuff, where the stakes are lower and less serious, can also be a good way of stretching those muscles and learning how to express yourself in a healthy way.
