I swear.. I had just come home from my volunteer work at the mission for Mitchell county and this was the 1st thing that popped up. So grateful as I got beat down again today from someone who is mean to me. So harsh for no reason. I felt so down and defeated and sad. Then I decided to open myself to this session despite hiding in the shell I crawled into like always and felt peace and contentment.
