The energy is helping already. I've been watching this video all morning. Decided to run to my neighborhood store and I wasn't dolled up at all just showered and decided to go to the store. This guy who pulled into the parking lot after I pulled in. Got out of his car, I noticed that he ran from behind me to the store just to hold open the door for me. Mind you, I was playing this video the whole time but maybe I had a spring in my step. I said thank you of course and once I realized that the store didn't have the item I was looking for, I left. I sat in my car for a few before pulling off. I noticed the guy was walking over to my car. I pulled the window down and he wanted to tell me how beautiful I was. He asked if it was ok to say that. I said yes of course, thank you and have a nice day. I felt great! Not to mention I make affirmations everyday and one of them is that I am beautiful and this self confidence reiki healing is helping. I need this because I've dealt with physical and mental abuse and I need to get back to who I was before that. Thank you so much.

Hand symbols are used to teach people how to connect to a particular vibration of the Reiki energy. Once a person is familiar with the vibration the symbols can be thought of or spoken quietly in the mind and the connection will start flowing. You can close your eyes and just feel the energy as in a meditation or if you are busy, you can let it play while you do your tasks. Either way the energy will flow to you. Hope this helps!

I was watching a playlist, of your videos, on self-esteem confidence, and self acceptance(you get the picture), and I fell asleep and went through the entire playlist, I think, twice. Wow! Did it work! Alongside some other spiritual practices I've been making, it really rattled some inner cages, because this past weekend, all kinds of stuff came up for me. Luckily, I had also watched some Teal Swan videos, which helped me work through some lifelong issues. The most serious one was my need for other people's approval. I am a reiki level 1 so when listening I send reiki myself at the same time, usually resting my hands at the heart chakra. Very helpful Lourdes. If one or two or more videos were played at the same time in separate tabs would this be effective as well? Or would this be non beneficial? Sorry if the question seems off the wall but I sometimes think out of the box. BTW your videos are the only ones out there that I have found that work. Also, If a crystal were cleaned and placed in front of the monitor would it retain the vibrations of the session if It were worn all day particularly in the case of the energetic shield video? +Maynard1 Hi, You can play more than one video at a time as long as you are comfortable with that much energy. The crystal would amplify the vibrations of the Reiki if placed in front of it, but would not retain it. That being said my Reiki video for charging crystal would strengthen the crystal's vibrations. +RestRelaxationReiki Hi Lourdes. I was always under the impression that crystals retained vibrations of the environment & and that's why they needed cleaned/cleared. So why would they not retain or hold the Reiki frequencies? I am very new to Reiki so please be very patient with my questions if they seem redundant.I am trying to learn all I can about this wonderful energy modality. I was under the impression that crystals can be programmed with certain sound frequencies, for example like Solfeggio frequencies, etc.or intentions.

@Sonia angelic, You can be a healer, just by being you. A positive attitude can make a difference in many people's lives and you don't have to do Reiki to do that.
