Your video has become my ASMR binge video. Sometimes when I have a headache or am having a particularly hard time getting to sleep, I find it hard to find videos that have the right mix of no talking and soft enough sounds that don’t cause me problems. This is perfect because the breathing sounds you make are soft enough to be soothing but there enough that it still relaxes me and gives me tingles. Thank you so much for this video!

@ASchuMannatoR Pretty good start for sure. I would like to offer a few pointers, though. Being that I also practice Reiki, among other things, there's a variety of techniques to the 'plucking and pulling'. Primary is the viewpoint. I'll take you through a few of the primer basics to Reiki. There's often different flavors. Not all 'Masters' would agree with what I'd say, but this is as close to the pre-basics of energy-working as I feel I can get, without going into the 'escoterics' of Reiki, sort of like an opener lesson. Reiki can be defined as "the 'clearing and removal' of the stressing and strains of tangled, confused 'energies of emotions' for 'clarity of perception' and relaxation." This is my own definition. Others may vary. This can help a person relax and feel more comfortable about how they live, and what they decide, as a person. It is often used without touch, or a minimal of touch as possible, much like a friend helping to calm, heal and advise. It is often a privilege to help someone in this way, but can be a touch of a task to the Reiki Worker. A person's aura has much in comparative combinations between pudding, an onion, with its various layers, and (to a Reiki Worker) hair and tissue paper, which is often seen in 'light and darkness' with various colors. For most, the aura can feel 'solid', like an onion's layer to another person, even if as pliable as pudding or play-dough in plastic wrap. But for a Reiki worker, it's more like hair and tissue paper. The reason is that, to the person, the layers feel solid because they are mixed, almost like mussy, tangled hair, which is why it feels like a 'matted layer' or 'clumpy', even wall-like. The idea of a Reiki worker is to slowly 'unwind and untangle' the 'energetic hairs' from the 'mussy weave', while taking out the 'dirt', 'soiled tissues' and 'damaged strands'. The damaged strands grow back just like normal hair would, as people breathe, eat, drink, sleep, and generally live. The aura should 'flow', like fresh-brushed hair. 'Patching' someone is difficult, but not entirely impossible. With some, you may find an 'open wound' in their aura. This is often the result of an on-going problem, whether new or old. You can PATCH someone, to help them heal, by taking a piece of your own Aura and lacing it with theirs, like a gause pad. Advanced methods are closer to skin-grafts. However, doing this is only temporary. The person HAS to fix themselves by dealing with the issue. You can get rid of the vileness like draining a boil, patch and stitch it back together to where it's 'smoother' and CAN heal, but the healing part has to come from the person. Part of the method behind working with another's energy is to find an almost 'hypnotic pattern', which is seldom discussed in this manner. More or less, it's much like to a Charmer 'taming a snake'. As long as you can find and adopt a pattern that's relaxing to the person, working through their different energy layers can suddenly become much easier. The person may even find themselves falling asleep, which is part of the idea, but not the whole idea. Yet, the idea is 'repetitive motions' and 'timing', less so much the plucking and pulling, unless necessary, but more to the untangling, like to combing and brushing. This alone can often help make a person better simply by putting them at ease. The more stress? The more 'tangled' a person's aura can be. The use of various waves, washes, combs, tweezing, pinches, plucks, pulls, wraps, rolls and out-right pulls in 'motion techniques' are various in kinds, and ascend and descend in levels; which can be indicative to both the Reiki Worker and the person as to 'how much has been damaged'. It's equivalent to the truth of the person's life. The more emotion they have tangled and tied up, the more 'clogged' their aura can be, and thus, the harder it is to get them 'flowing' again. Your own energy, as a Reiki Worker, can be used like a salonist's 'shampoo and water', to cleans another's aura and comb/brush auras straight, which is why Reiki Masters seek lives of 'purity', to better help those in need. It's also often why Masters would ask for pay. The good ones charge cheaply, only seeking to sustain their lives. 50 bucks ain't bad for a good session with an expert. The bad ones will charge you an arm and a leg. 300 dollars for a Reiki Session with a proclaimed 'Master' is ridiculous... unless they're like... a monk from Tibeit...who still lives in Tibeit. Then RECONSIDER. Breathing is also essential to the experience. No one wants to inhale someone else's breath. So, when close, breath through your nose. While working close, inhale like you're inhaling FROM the person. Breathe out coarsely while close like a breathy 'aaaah'... Like warming your hands on a cold winter's day. While getting rid of the 'aura debris', blow it off like a gust of wind. Shake your hands free of the tangled, separated mess. Let it be taken back by nature to be recycled, as nature tends to do. Wave like you're passing your hand over soft linen in the breeze. Cleans like you're washing hair. Comb, like you'd comb and brush hair. Tweeze like you're pulling a splinter. Pinch like you're grabbing a thread or a Kleenex tissue. Pluck like you're freeing a burr or a piece of confetti. Pull small like you're grabbing twine. Wrap like you're rolling a rope about your hand(s). Roll like you're winding up a long rope. Roll like you're rolling up and tearing off an entire sheet of paper towel. Pull, like you're pulling a deep-rooted weed. There are other various 'metaphors of motion' that could help that can be found throughout your life, but always try to 'use the right tool for the right job'. One motion may work while another does not. There can be other tools used, crystals which harbor a certain tone or amount of energy, different musical instruments to achieve a 'vibration'. The important part of Reiki is finding what works for the person, AND you to achieve that 'state of synchronicity'. It's no different than going to a regular Doctor, in this matter. The more you know your doctor, the more your doctor knows about you, and what state you're in, and how best to help. I've seen people use different kinds of drums and meditation bowls, crystals and even one using a huge half-geode as a kind of 'waste-basket'. Find what works for you. In the end, an 'aura' should 'feel' somewhere between water and air to the Reiki Worker. "Flowing like water, light as air." others claim it's like 'smooth pudding'. In time, you may find your own analogies. Practice, practice, practice, and contemplate. Don't be afraid to take your time. Short periods are common for those who are used to Reiki treatments. However, let's say someone's a touch skeptical, yet willing, but unfortunately, they have a lot of damage?... It would take more time, for sure. Be realistic. Be compassionate. Be patient with the person you're working with. Healing can often be as much as becoming a valued, trusted friend as a kind of 'Energy Doctor'. Sometimes, healing has as much to do with being heard without being judged as it does just being 'given medicine'. Being a Reiki Worker is as much being a counselor and friendly advisor as someone with extra ability bordering ESP. So, don't be afraid to take a moment, if you feel that there's a part of the person that's so deep-rooted that it won't 'budge' or 'keeps regrowing bad' and dark. Often, it's a simple matter that the person dwells on. Sometimes, it's not so simple. A Reiki Master has to know their limits of what they can help with, and what they can't help with; between what they are willing to work with, and what is often out of their hands, to turn a phrase. Experience usually dictates this. All in all, it's often fun to work with another's energies, if they are both willing, and able. You can learn a lot from others, and even about yourself. Take time to enjoy Reiki, and look up more on the topic. This is just an opener to real Reiki, which I do hope helps you do more videos in the future. I am by no means a 'Master', but I am definitely an Energetic Journeyman and a Mastered Empath. So, I hope this explanation helps a great deal more. I'm told that I have a unique perspective that helps explain the unexplainable, so if there's something I may be able to help explain which you might be curious of? Please feel free to ask me anything you'd like. I hope this wasn't a terribly long read for you, but I do hope you enjoyed it. Be well, and great start!
