Oh, my gosh, Bre! It is a veritable oven here in Tucson w/ no 🌧️ in sight 😭 Laying on the cool tile in my little office room after doing a circuit of the yard to make sure plants have some moisture under this white hot 🌞 I'm filled w/ gratitude for an AC & so thrilled you put this up😊

I thank you from my heart! 💖🥰 When I found you I knew this is it! This compassionate energy is what I need! I never felt the need to tcheck out others. I love the soft spoken sessions most and use them to calm down at night. And it's wonderful to have the possibility to choose a session without music! 👍I'm very noise sensitive. I have had ME/CFS for four and a half decade and I know now that my autonomous nervous system is chronically over reacting (in a very komplicated way). So your sessions are a life saver for me in the evening to help me falling asleep. I also love that your season and wether signs anchor the session in time and space. I'm especially happy about the bird sounds. 🐦🎶🎶😊

I couldn’t fall back asleep this morning so I made sure to go and find this one from my notifications and it had come at the right time for me. I was just laying there thinking hard about falling asleep and waking up hoping it would come when at the time I just wasn’t falling asleep. Thanks to this video I actually fell back asleep pretty quick. Thank you for the extra 2.5h hrs of sleep ♥️
