8:10 i've lived in two houses my whole life, both were row houses, so similar to what ur talking about. the only time you can hear the neighbors is if they have a really loud dog that barks but other than that you wont be able to. still good to soundproof ur recording room but not too much noise tbh

Apartment living for me was good for my budget but not my sanity. I’m so much happier in the home I purchased. Neighbors are noisy at times but nothing compared to my wild upstairs neighbors who made the most noise 😅 Apartment was 600 a month utilities not included. Mortgage is 1200 a month. Worth every penny.
