Good relaxing voice and chill vibe. Oddly enough I actually have been having right shoulder problems since initially popping out of socket years ago. I often forget about it until I do something foolish I pop it out and right back in again~ the pain is pretty bad, but nothing compared to the original initial time. Anyway, I think that if I pay more conscious attention at times for the healing process and avoiding prolonging the problems, I can help myself over all. I no not of Reiki much in the literal sense, but guided relaxing positive meditations like this of yours seem to be a necessary addition. I hope to understand that injuries or obstacles or other negatives are helped best by focus working from the inside and bridging out from there. Sorry to ramble. I do wish to thank you and your time to hopefully care with other people. More relaxing meditation guidance would certainly be appreciated, maybe with a bit of comforting visualization or some such.
