I'm not sure why my inner ears get so itchy... they always itch. Could be from ear buds or peroxide over use.

Could be dry skin! If you overclean the ears the inner canal can get irritated from lack of wax lubricating it, and the dry skin flaking off in tiny amounts can catch on the inner hairs. Its best to let your ears naturally rebuild a slight wax layer, and see an ear doctor if it's still itchy to check if there's anything impacted
