I’ve never been allowed to have a therapist considering my parents are abusive, don’t believe that mental illness is a thing, and always assumed I was seeking attention when really it was constant cries for help. I know I’m days late, but I just watched this entire thing and I want to thank you, Ella, for making it. I actually used this video to let everything I’ve bottled up inside for years out and it feels like I’ve gotten a huge weight off of my shoulders. You’re such a wonderful person and i could feel your sincerity, concern, care and compassion through the screen, something I haven’t felt in a long time from anyone.
