This is very weird/random, but I’ve been watching this channel for a LONG time. I remember one of the first times Calamity did ASMR with braids, they were done improperly and she didn’t seem to fully understand them. She got a TON of feedback from those with different hair textures in the comments, and she took it all in and handled the next time with different hairstyles more respectfully. Now, seeing how this has evolved into INCREDIBLE ASMR, AND some of the sweetest, kindest, most thoughtful content for people with coily hair, is super heartwarming. ❤

So funny story I had to do this for my girlfriend when the place she gets her braids done at closed for a few weeks due to remodeling and she didn’t have time to book any where else in the area so she is like suffering with crazy itchy braids and I don’t know what to do. So I go to target and by some combs. When I get home I set up my own little salon in our sitting area turn on white collar because it’s a good show and I look up how to take out braids, so I have that pulled up on my phone and I call her over and she sits down and I say “I going to take you braids out,” and she goes “ do you even know how to do that” and I go “no but o have a KZbin for it so I’m all set. Now sit down and enjoy the show.” She just shrugs because she trusts me and I have helped her with her hair before. But everything goes great and when I’m down we snuggle up on the couch and watch monster high movies on KZbin.
