Greetings from America. I have seen a few of your videos now. I do have a question, and that is, what is the significance or reasoning for eating the fufu first and saving the meat for last? Is this a customary or cultural thing or is it more like an etiquette thing? Why not just have two plates and not have to quarrel about food? Or why not just have an entire dish full of meat so it's not an issue?
