Pounded yams, egusi and smoked turkey is my favorite Nigerian dish followed by Nigerian fried rice and lastly jollof rice. I have told so many of my fellow American coworkers to try egusi at least once. They all think I'm crazy but its soooo good. Hot pounded yams dipped in egusi is a gift from God!!!
