This man is a polymath. He clearly excels in all efforts. He writes one-man scripts longer than network shows, and performs them in three languages. He performs them on thoroughly sourced and detailed sets. He lights them with dramatic flair. He shoots them with perfect asymmetry, short fields of focus and often assembles a wealth of quality b-roll. He plays his scripts with stage direction consistently, with style, and immersion. He edits them in several varieties for effect, some are tightly cut for a clean and snappy feel, some long and breathy for more gentle pacing. His color treatment is almost hyper-stylized without being gauche, he really leans into the hots or cools. His audio is impeccable, particularly with the gear he's using. There are no noticeable spikes in the harsher, honky 4khz-7khz range and the airy 10khz+ range has a ton of headroom and nearly zero noise. He seemingly eq's the body and bass for effect and/or clarity, depending on the sound. His intro song, from a production standpoint, is quite impressive. This is what greatness looks like.
