I used to suffer from panic attacks a lot when I was in high school . I found that eating a healthy diet, adding some natural remedies like apple cider vinegar, reducing (especially completely eliminating) junk foods like sugary or high processed carb foods, caffeine, or any other stimulants SIGNIFICANTLY eased anxiety. Doing this helped control blood pressure and you can physically feel it in your heart. You feel calm and at ease 😌

It's very good that you took care of this. Someone who has never had a panic attack will not understand this. I've been through this many times with my daughter's attacks. If it weren't for my, unfortunately, experiences, I probably wouldn't understand it either. Everything seems to be OK, but you can't catch your breath, your head is spinning, your heart is racing and you think you're dying. It's a hard thing when there's no soul mate next to you.

This helped me out a lot. I was diagnosed with asburgers syndrome a long time ago (mild autisum). I would struggle socially to make friends and relate to my peers. I have had manny humiliated set backs to say the least and therefore overtime I began to develop panic attacks because I feared of the unknown. Everyday I would wake up thinking about hypothetical outcomes of what could possibly go wrong such as “what if it’s something worse next time.” I am also throwing this out there generally to raise awareness that this could happen to anyone. Even without a diagnosis. You are such an inspiration that there is hope for great people. Never give up.

I recently read the collected works of the ancient Greek writer Plutarch, who recorded that circa the year 30 AD, the Oracle at Delphi and "something resembling a man from beneath the sea" proclaimed 'The great god Pan is Dead' This resulted in a sudden wide spread fear or PAN-ic, and the word has remained with us 💫

I was worried this one would set off my anxiety but thankfully that didn't happen. As usual it was very calming. Just an idea, but have you thought about doing a ADHD "body doubling" video? Body doubling is a tactic to help people stay on task. Just having a friend hang out to chat while you work can be helpful for people with ADHD. You might look into it because it could make an interesting video.

Hello. How are you? I wasn't sure I would be watching a video tonight since I got more than enough sleep this afternoon. When you're up all night and into the morning your body tends to get really exhausted. Since I've been awake I've just been listening to music. Some of which doesn't really fit with ASMR and especially not this video. Not sure if I'll end up mentioning what they are tbh. I'll admit I get a little anxious sometimes, but I've never had a panic attack. Which is why it's taken me so long to get around to watching this video. It's getting more apparent that I'm running out of 'new to me' videos to watch.😥 So gratefuI I can still rewatch my favorites. 🙏 (Definitely going to have a staring contest with you later.) I can see how this video could be quite helpful for a number of people. I'm sure those people can better explain just how much it's helped them. So I'll shhh and let them express their gratitude. Welp, I think I'll be going now. I'll most likely do some cleaning around my apartment since I'm wide awake and full of energy. I promise I won't stay up all night again. Hey! Now seems like a good time to mention a song! or 2? or 3?😄 Tourist, Ardyn - "We Stayed Up All Night" YONAKA - "Get Out" Rynn - "Islands" (this is one is just a personal favorite) Okay time to get to that cleaning. Good night, sleep well and sweet dreams, ma chère princesse. Love you to the moon and back. Ciao for now. 🤗 (I'll probably be back for [37:50] when I'm ready for sleep.)
