Have had trouble sleeping recently due to a lot of stress, friends recommended ASMR, I watched maybe 20 videos that had no effect, then stumbled across this one which had me fast asleep in 2 minutes. THANK YOU - this has changed my life x

Mmhmm! They're usually sea salt and oil. Great for exfoliating skin and keeping it soft!
