The characters are Claus, Lavie, & Al (Alivs) from the anime Last exile. It came out all the way back in 2003, and is one of my favorites. I know from some of your past videos that you've seen at least some anime, so maybe that's one of the ones you've seen. If not, and you have time, I do recommend it.
