I feel compelled to tell this even though it will probably be buried… 8 years ago I had some pretty serious substance problems and mental health problems. I got kicked from my university, fired from my job and was just drinking myself silly every day… I distinctly remember some pretty rough hangovers and comedowns listening to Spring. It kept me sane and got me through the absolutely awful feelings both physical and social knowing that people I loved thought so low of me. Now I get to listen to you while I’ve got a wonderful partner, a wonderful toddler and the starting of a really promising career after successfully completing a masters degree. Thanks, Spring.

This is great feedback and really valuable to me! I get ASMR most when it feels less intentional, so I like softly spoken videos that don't feel overly trigger-centered either. @@SpringbokASMR Thank you, you are very humble. Millions of people are not capable of giving what you have given and continue to give to people, such noble tenderness, beauty and modesty. A beautiful flower does not have to be strong and useful; it is enough to bring beauty and joy into this world. Personally, I watch ASMR more as a way to relax. The lives of two sick people close to me depend on me, I have a burden of responsibility for them, I often have no time to think about myself, much less despair. I will google translate for you an excerpt from a hymn song "Atlants" about Hermitage museum in my city, that inspires me: When your heart is heavy And it's cold in my chest, To the steps of the Hermitage Come at dusk Where without drink and bread, Forgotten for centuries Atlanteans hold the sky On hands of stone. Hold him, the colossus - It's not easy from the outside. Their backs are tense The knees are brought together. Their hard work More important than other work: Let one of them weaken... Spring!!! I’m so thrilled you’re making content again. I truly missed you, and going to say probably too many words here but I’ve been in the asmr community for over 10 years. Before asmr came out I used to watch Mime videos because the movements made me pass out and relax and I never knew why. ASMR is something that has helped me in such a huge way, I’ve always struggled with panic attacks and ptsd and to be able to just put on one of your videos as a solution to getting me out of these states without heavy sedatives or medication is a god send. Your videos were one of the first asmr videos that I discovered and I can’t even tell you how much of an inspiration you as a stranger across the internet have been to me, and how your words and videos have changed my life. I would love to be friends with you, not trying to be creepy I just genuinely see you as an angelic peaceful being that has unknowingly helped me through some difficult times and your voice and presence can not be matched. When you went offline to have your bubba, that was the same time I had mine so I was excited for you, and have just been waiting for an update but life does happen and I just hoped that everything was okay with you and your little one. I still have to pinch myself to make sure that this is not a dream and that these new videos are real!!! I have eternal gratitude for all the comfort and peace you have gifted to the world! I am not one for commenting or sharing my words because it’s very uncomfortable for me to show and feel emotions or be vulnerable in an open forum with the world, I am on the spectrum, i have adhd with a large side of debilitating mental conditions so I generally stay quiet but i chickened out the last video saying thank you so I hope that you are happy and healthy and thank you so much for making such a difference in my world even if we are on opposite sides of the earth! I appreciate everything you’ve shared about yourself, your own mental health and especially your educational content. I swear I watched rhetoric and composition on a daily basis while I worked, and your hotel video. Also THANK YOU for introducing me to Stardew valley! ✨Love and sparkles ✨

@@SpringbokASMR X4 Foundations. It’s a Sci Fi flight & economics game. When you’re managing your business empire, it turns into a menus game for long swaths of time. Lends itself perfectly to your relaxing and interesting videos. Your Stardew Valley videos are some of my favorites to have in the background. So glad you’re back. ❤️

I just happen to be in Greece so I think it’s serendipity that this is the first asmr video that came up. So glad to see you’re back! 💕🇬🇷

I wish these could be 12 hours long! But I make up for it by listening to them over and over😅 I think a sort of "downside" of them being so good is that I can't wait till bedtime to listen to them, and I just end up doing it in the middle of the day haha. Thanks for coming back and for all your content!

You are the reason I started watching ASMR back in the day, N 😊 Think it was about 2014. I was having a complete identity crisis and every night before bed I would watch your Art class, Mass Effect and rambling videos while sipping a cup of chamomile. So I have to thank you for all the hours of peaceful sleep and chill. Seeing you back is like if Jesus had come down from that fucking cross to greet us once more
