I’m the opposite of you - I cry almost every therapy appointment even after over 3 years of weekly therapy 🥲 I get sleepy too when I think about my trauma and my therapist told me that I was dissociating. Great video as always! would you ever consider uploading to spotify and making podcast type asmr? i quite enjoy just listening to people ramble even when im outside, especially on my way home after a long day because it helps me relax and sometimes helps with headaches as well.
