One thing I have always wondered (and I noticed that you said in the video) is why do nurses tell patients to put their feet flat on the floor before measuring blood pressure? Does it really affect the measurement? I have EDS so always have my legs twisted in some pretzel shape around my waist or neck and always get told to put my feet down.

Having your legs crossed affects your blood flow which can affect the blood pressure reading, I think it makes the reading higher.
