I made Kanjang Seow 🦐I've never had the real thing, but the shrimp soaked up the garlic and soy sauce flavor well 🤤It's a great side dish for rice ☺️
The kaikaiwa, shiso leaves and pickles made a nice side 🍴.
What we ate 🍴 :::: Shrimp (purchased at Costco), shiso leaves, kaiware, kimchi (kimchi from Gyukaku), pickled radish (we got a homemade one), Korean seaweed, rice, egg yolk, cola.
