I’ve been going through an extremely hard time recently and for the last few weeks I’ve been falling asleep to your hypnosis videos. I have some favorite ASMR creators, I actually discovered it very soon after it became a thing on KZbin, but only you give me such comfort, like a guardian angel conducting therapy :) thank you for everything you do. I absolutely love your videos! I’ve been watching them for months. I just really struggle to stay still during meditations and hypnosis. I’ll have a twitch and then have to move a leg and then an arm and eventually I’m fully awake and missed half the hypnosis. I was really ready for this one to work but it happened yet again :’) maybe next time. At least I’m sleepy now and ready for bed!

I love your sleep hypnosis videos but I have found with the several of them I fall asleep shortly after the visual induction (based on I don't remember anything after that point). My question, if I fall asleep before the hypnosis stuff, but it is still playing in the background does it have any effect?
