I just discovered this channel today! You should do a cola with gibi asmr or asmr zietgiest they are really good. By the way try to get a darker back ground I suggest dark blue or purple because the bright background makes falling asleep much harder.

I'm a stomach sleeper, I've tried to change my position a couple times, but I end up still waking up that way lol, definitely going to take your advice and buy some silk covers

Loving your voice, as always :) I woke up in the middle of the night and listened to you to at least relax back to semi-sleep. It helped :) But it's morning now... I tend to sleep either on my side (left or right, I change it up) which sometimes becomes almost fetal if it's cold, and sometimes I sleep on my back (soldier). Sleeping on my back is easy because I've accumulated a lot of pillows and sometimes they wind up on my sides so I'm sort of cupped-in. And on rare occasions I'll sleep on my stomach, but usually turned slightly so pressure isn't directly on my stomach and my head isn't turned quite so sharply. With all that, I am exceedingly trusting, but only to certain people who "earn it". If someone makes it into my "circle of trust" I'll give them a huge amount of leeway because I honestly have reason to believe it's safe to do so and that even if they hurt me somehow it's never intentional. But, as said with the soldier position, I am incredibly strong-willed. Flat out stubborn in some cases. If I set my mind on something, especially if I know it to be the right thing, I won't be swayed from it even if I'm completely alone in it. And also, I am very kind to people but of course that tends to be mostly focused on those people in my "circle of trust" but I try to be good to strangers as well just to spread some good karma around.

Interesting video, Anya. I noticed that the Side-Position segment appears twice-- it's the first position you cover, and then it repeats right before the "Freewall" segment. I mostly sleep on my side, but lately I've had to sleep on my back a lot due to a shoulder problem that makes it uncomfortable after a few hours on my side.

Oh Anna, I wish I could see a video from you every day, but I know you would have no time left to be amazing in other parts of your life... I noticed some editing mistakes, but I really liked the content of the video, and that's what really matters. This was another one where I'm so captivated by your voice and your face that I cannot get sleepy. I just focus, 100% on what you have to say. Now I'm going to go to bed and try not to overthink my sleeping position! I usually start off the night on my side, or sometimes on my back, and if I can't get to sleep, I end up in a weird mixture of side/stomach sleeping with my arms underneath my pillow, to give me a little bit more support. It's hard to explain. I think I'm just weird.
