Nestquick can't go bad, it's only sugar syrup. It may only start to form sugar crystals and lose it's fluidity and texture, but it stay good for a long time past the ''expiry date'' which is only there so they can sell more units basically, like a whole lot of products.

At first I just applied it to the wet skin, that way it's more like a body mask but if you add sugar to it, it will make a yummy body scrub! I do prefer sugar scrubs to salt scrubs, they don't irritate my skin :))
