ASMR Sleepy Page Turning Through a Crinkly Book • No Talking 💤😴

If there is such a thing as the perfect crinkly paper for ASMR paper turning videos, I think this book has it. At first, when picking it up in the thrift shop, I was solely interested in its subject matter (psychology) but as the pages were gliding through my fingers I thought: omg, forget about this psychology claptrap, these pages are perfection. Soft to the touch? Check! Flexible and supple? Check! Just slightly glossy? Check! And imagine the potential when lightly sprinkled with water? Well, you don't need to imagine it, I tried it. 🙂 The water treatment and subsequent drying process made the pages sound like a babbling brook.
I love this book!
Of course, I couldn't resist making an hour long video for you guys. Hope you don't mind. 😉

i'm going to wind down for bed to this 😁 that book actually looks interesting, i love reading about personality types and behaviour and body language etc, body language is something i especially like, because i am a kind of introverted person not in a shy way but in a i'm most comfortable and peaceful when by myself way, i find social things tiring and i have to be by myself afterwards to recharge lol so i generally people watch and read peoples body language a lot because they say something like 90 plus percent of communication is non verbal anyway, anyway i'm rambling i'm supposed to be winding down 😀thanks Kat and goodnight x

Being around a group of people is lovely, but only when it doesn't last too long, there's not too many of them, and the need to interact is low. 🙂🤗 Many people never succeed in being comfortable and peaceful when by themselves. My sister once tried for physchology and she got a few books like this, and i agree that the paper texture is really good! Exactly like how the description said it! We still kept them but i think my sister would like it nice and dry (a shame). But now i know what the crinkly sound version thanks to you Kat! Thank you for the video Kat! Aagh. The book looks great. I love glossy pages! Water damaged crinkles are an immediate turn off for me though. Bummer. Isn’t it weird how the perfect sound for some is an absolute no for others? Anyway… Enjoy to those who do like it!

The crinkle here is interesting, crinkly yet soft at the same time. And i like the choice of nails for this one, it matched the tables (i think those are what they called) in the book and the white square patter goes well with the white dotes in the blue set up. And don't worry about the length, i really enjoy the long crinkly video !

Hold on, I know what you're thinking and, for your information, I do have a social life please and thank you. Ok, no I don't, but, regardless of my situation, your videos will always be a highlight of my week 😊. Nice thin, quality pages in this book. and yes, I'm getting the "babbling brook" sounds. Ok, let's get something clear: you are a very intelligent person and I am.....not 🤔. So I'm not sure I understand what you mean by "water treatment and subsequent drying process" because, unlike you, I only unintentionally put water on books🙂. I'm envisioning you with a spray bottle misting over the book, but that doesn't explain how you get each and every page so perfectly crinkly, yet the book is still in near perfect condition.
